— lavonne willis“Well, well well...where do I begin? I've been looking for a notary for 3 days now. Everywhere I went I was told that I needed an appointment. Fast forward I put in my GPS notary near me and Maduro & Son came up I quickly gave them a call asked if it was by appointment only and so on. Upon my arrival I was greeted with professionalism. The ladies that was there were pleasant, my documents was signed and I was out the door. Great place 👌 and the hours and location are convenient from anywhere in the 5 boroughs.”
— Lorraine Anthony-Norman“I have been here TWICE! The first time I was given okay service. The second time I wasn’t satisfied with the service at ALL! And I won’t ever go there again! She denied service to me and my mother when we needed a letter notarized. She asked me for MY ID and unfortunately I left it at home, so I was getting ready to just leave. If you don’t have ID she can’t help you, which is understandable. However, my mother decided to take over, do the letter over again with her name and my mother had HER ID on her. The lady tried to deny my mother services even though she had ID on her. She simply did not want to help. She started asking my mother personal questions that had nothing to do with the service that needed to be provided. She found every way to not help us and that’s not fair or professional. I showed her proof that I was a client for her before, she gave me a business card the first time and I kept it, and she told me “I don’t believe you” She was talking over my mother and being rude, because my mother demanded the service that she had rights to being that she had proper documents needed plus they overcharge. Unpleasant service and never again! Please find a different option to get a notary ya’ll with affordable pricing! It’s unfortunate that you give these people your money and they think they can treat you less than. Mind you she decided to make her place of business in her HOME. On top of her being rude, when we were trying to leave after the service was done she kept trying to have conversation. If you’re rude to your clients, let us leave. You don’t get to be disrespectful and try to hold us over.”
